After a successful stint at Computervision, Tom co-founded
ICAL Systems
with Arthur Couture in 1993. ICAL
provides database and application programming, systems integration, network security, and
business process consulting services to firms internationally. His primary business focus
has been on clients in the energy market, including Energia Global International, Ltd. and Enel
North America. Tom received a B.S. in Management from Boston College in 1985.

Arthur is a founder and has spent the past eleven years as a senior
managing partner in
ICAL Systems
, a systems engineering firm. Previously,
he was employed by the software industry in various roles of project
management, software engineering, systems analysis, sales support
technology, and business systems development. He is a 1987 graduate of
Babson College with concentrations in Finance, Quantitative Methods, and
Entrepreneurial Studies.

Richard L. Neafus

Rick currently consults with, and supports several of our nation's premier
airports. With over 16 years experience in the security industry, he is
regarded as one of the foremost experts in the CCURETM /
Software HouseTM product line. His past includes several
years with Software HouseTM, involved in
government installations, before starting his own consulting service. Rick received his
ASCET and BSEET from Murray State University.

Stephen Wrenn

During a 25 year career in the financial industry, Steve has held
management positions at GMAC, Mechanics Bank, Bank of Boston and
Banknorth. Stephen served on the faculty of the New England Banking Institute for
over 5 years.
